ABOUT BARŌ BAKERY
In 2021, Barō started as a small artisanal bakery in the borough of Pererenan, Bali baking various sourdough bread and pastries daily, while incorporating heritage ancient grains.
We use some of the highest quality grains and sustainable flour. We also work closely with trusted producers to source the island’s best meats, cheeses, and local ingredients.
At Barō, baking is more than just our products — it’s about building a community, honoring tradition, and feeding people with care.

What was once a small neighborhood bakery, Barõ has evolved into a pizzeria and now a restaurant.
From the relocation to the expansion, we have always held on to our core values and our people. It still has the same identity, operated by familiar faces-the ones that have an innate sense of hospitality, providing a genuine quality of honest food and service.
